Shipping policy

Brother Skin Co ships to Australia and New Zealand.

Australia

Standard: $13.95, or free on orders of $100 or more. Arrives 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Express: $16.95. Arrives 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

Every system ships free, one-off or on subscription.

New Zealand

Standard: $20 AUD, or free on orders of $149 AUD or more, so every system ships free. Arrives 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. Prices show in NZD at checkout.

New Zealand orders may attract import charges on arrival. Any charges are the customer's to pay.

Dispatch

Orders are packed in Sydney and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days of payment. Weekends and public holidays are not counted. Launches and busy periods can add a day or two.

Tracking

You will get an email with tracking once your order ships. Allow 24 to 72 hours for tracking to update.

Delivery

We ship with Australia Post. Delivery times are their estimates and can be affected by carrier delays and weather.

Check your address, unit number and postcode before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or a failed delivery, we may need to charge shipping again to resend it.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, check around your property and with neighbours, then contact us.
